These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent through CallSell. There are two texting programs. Part 1 is for texts you get from an insurance agency that uses CallSell. Part 2 is for texts you get from CallSell itself because you use it at an agency. Helios Insurance Group, which makes CallSell, also runs its own insurance agency; its agents text under Part 1.

Part 1: texts from an insurance agency that uses CallSell

Program. Licensed insurance agents text people who asked their agency about coverage: confirming and reminding you of calls and appointments you booked, following up on a quote you requested, texting back when you called and they missed you, and answering questions about your application or policy. Most texts are written by the agent working with you; some are sent automatically for them (an appointment reminder, a text back after a missed call, a follow-up after you filled in a form). The first text names the agent and the agency and says how to stop.

How you agree. You agree to texts when you give the agency your mobile number and agree to be texted: by ticking the texting box on its quote or appointment form (never ticked in advance), by texting the agency first, or by saying yes when an agent asks you on a call. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. The agency records your consent in CallSell before it texts you. Your consent is to that agency only; it is never passed on to anyone else.

How often. Message frequency varies with your conversation; usually a few texts around each appointment or question.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT) at any time to stop texts from that agency. You get one message confirming it and nothing more. Reply START to receive texts again.

Help. Reply HELP at any time; the reply names the agent and the agency and how to reach them. You can also write to support@heliosig.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing. See the Privacy policy.

Part 2: texts from CallSell

Program. CallSell texts the people who use it at an agency about their own account: your account being ready, onboarding and setup help, billing receipts and low-credit notices, reminders you set in CallSell, and replies from our support team.

How you agree. Tick the optional texting box when you sign up at callsell.io or when you add your mobile number on your Account page. The box is never ticked in advance, and you can use CallSell without ticking it. We send one text confirming it.

How often. Message frequency varies with your activity; usually a few texts a month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping. Reply STOP at any time; you get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in. You can also withdraw on your Account page.

Help. Reply HELP, or write to support@heliosig.com.
