  • You bring the leads. CallSell makes sure you actually reach them.
  • One tab: dialer, CRM, texting, calendar, recordings.
  • Your numbers, your contacts, your consent records. We never sell leads and never share your data.

How it works

Paid today, dialing this week.

Check your email

Your sign-in link arrives within a few minutes. Set your password, add your agents, pick your phone numbers.

3

Upload your lists and dial

Map your columns, let duplicates be flagged, and start calling. Texting turns on when the carriers approve your registration.

What is in it

Everything an agency uses on a calling day, in one place.

Built by an agency, for agencies. We dial on it every day, so the parts fit together: the call, the record, the follow-up, the appointment.

Power dialer with voicemail screening

Up to five lines at once. Voicemail detection finishes before you are connected, so you only talk to people who picked up. One-click wrap-up with the outcome, a callback or an appointment.

A CRM built around the call

Upload your own lists with field mapping; duplicates are flagged and merged. Tags, saved views and campaigns. Every call, text, note and appointment lives on the lead's page. Trash with 30-day restore.

Texting from registered numbers

We file your agency's texting registration with the carriers; texting turns on when they approve. Templates, a shared inbox, and reminders and follow-ups sent automatically, only to people whose consent is on record. STOP is honored automatically.

Calendar and booking links

Booking links, appointment reminders, round robins across your team, and two-way Google Calendar sync.

Recordings, transcripts and AI summaries

Answered calls are recorded (with the recording notice where your state needs one), transcribed, and summarized into notes and a suggested outcome. Listen, whisper and barge for coaching.

Team roles and leaderboards

Owner, admin, manager, agent. Managers see their teams. Sales posted with setter and closer credit, boards, pace to goal. Team chat and video rooms included.

Compliance switches, on by default

The calling window is enforced at dial time in the lead's time zone (8am to 9pm), with state calling rules and daily limits, do-not-call lists, STOP handling, a consent box on every form, and every exception logged for your admins.

Your own forms and pages

Quote and appointment forms with a proper consent box, embeddable on your own website, feeding straight into the CRM.

Scripts on the live call

Per-lead-type scripts and objection answers on the call card, with the lead's details filled in.

Numbers you own

Buy local numbers, watch which ones get answered, and retire a number that stops being answered and pick a new one.

Compliance

The careful defaults are on from the start.

Turning one off is your call, with a signed disclaimer, and it is logged for your admins. Some things have no switch at all.

  • Calling window enforced at dial time, in the lead's own time zone (8am to 9pm), with each state's calling rules and daily limits.
  • Voicemail screening finishes before an agent is connected, so nobody is dialed by a machine that then hangs up on them.
  • Do-not-call lists, STOP for texts, and a recording notice where the state needs one.
  • A consent box on every public form, never ticked in advance, with the wording the carriers ask for.
  • Each agency's records are kept apart by the database itself, and sensitive fields need a second sign-in check.

About

Who is behind CallSell

Helios Insurance Group is a life insurance agency in Roseville, California. We built CallSell to run our own agency after years of paying for four tools that did not talk to each other. Our agents dial on it every day. Now other agencies can use it too, on callsell.io or white-labeled on their own domain.

One plan

$100a month

for the CRM, plus usage paid from prepaid credit.

Calls, texts, numbers and transcripts are usage, at our rates, and come out of your prepaid credit; the monthly $100 is the CRM fee, not usage credit. Start with at least $50.00 of credit: it carries over month to month, and automatic top-ups keep it funded unless you turn them off. No contract: cancel any time.

Questions

The questions agencies ask first.

Do you sell leads?

No. CallSell is software. You load the leads, clients and contacts you already have, and you are responsible for having the right to contact them. We never sell leads.

Do I have to join anything?

No. CallSell is a subscription to software. Your carriers, your contracts, your team and your book stay yours.

Who texts my clients, and when can I start?

You and your agents, from numbers registered in your agency's name. We file the registration with the carriers using the details you give us; they approve it, usually within a week or two. Texting is off until then, and calling works from day one.

What counts as usage?

Calls, texts, phone numbers, recordings and transcripts, and carrier fees such as texting registration, at our rates. Usage is paid from your prepaid credit as you go; the monthly $100 is the CRM fee, not usage credit. You can see every charge in Billing.

Can I put it on my own domain?

Yes. White-label on your own domain: write to support@heliosig.com and we will set it up.

Is my data separate from other agencies?

Yes, by the database itself, not just by a setting. Each agency's records are kept apart from every other agency's, and nobody outside your agency can see them.

Why does the sign-in page say Helios?

CallSell is made by Helios Insurance Group, and for now you sign in at crm.heliosig.com, which carries the Helios name. Your own name and domain come with white-labeling.

How do I cancel?

From Billing, any time. There is no contract: it ends at the close of the billing month you paid for, counted from the day you signed up.
