Usage
What usage is, and how credit works.
Usage is what the carriers and the transcription service charge us for, passed on at our rates. It is paid from your prepaid credit, apart from the monthly $100 for the CRM. You see every charge in Billing as it happens.
Calls
By the minute, for every leg of a call, at our rates.
Texts
Per message sent or received, once the carriers have approved your agency's registration.
Phone numbers
A monthly rental per number, plus the carriers' one-time registration fees.
Recordings and transcripts
By the minute of answered calls you choose to record; the AI summary is a few cents a call.
The monthly $100, and your prepaid credit
- The monthly $100 is the CRM fee, not usage credit. Calls, texts, phone numbers, recordings, transcripts and carrier fees are usage, at our rates, and come out of your prepaid credit.
- You add at least $50.00 of prepaid credit when you sign up; add more whenever you like, in any whole-dollar amount from $50.00. Credit carries over from month to month while your account is open.
- Automatic top-ups keep your credit funded unless you turn them off. Your balance never goes negative: without top-ups, when your credit is used up, dialing and texting pause until you add more.
- The $100.00 is charged every month from the day you sign up. Prices can change with 30 days' notice; taxes are added where they apply.

Your first payment
Renews at $100.00 a month from the day you sign up; usage keeps coming out of your credit. Secure payment by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Do I have to join anything?
No. CallSell is a subscription to software. Your carriers, your contracts, your team and your book stay yours.
What counts as usage?
Calls, texts, phone numbers, recordings and transcripts, and carrier fees such as texting registration, at our rates. Usage is paid from your prepaid credit as you go; the monthly $100 is the CRM fee, not usage credit. You can see every charge in Billing.
Can I put it on my own domain?
Yes. White-label on your own domain: write to support@heliosig.com and we will set it up.
How do I cancel?
From Billing, any time. There is no contract: it ends at the close of the billing month you paid for, counted from the day you signed up.
